Help finding FJ40 parts in the Brisbane area and parts costs

Hello from the US.

A friend's fiance in the Brisbane area I believe is going to be moving to the U.S. in a few weeks, and I asked him if he'd be willing to scrounge some FJ40 parts for me. He graciously accepted as he'll have some space in his shipping containter. I'm hoping I can get these cheaper from Australia then here in the states, we'll see.

So I'm looking for some junk yards that might be a source of Land Cruiser parts at good prices in the area. Any ideas? Web pages/phone numbers/locations of the places if you have them are appreciated.

Also, can you guys give me an idea on what reasonable prices for the below stuff?
H41 4speed trans (2f engine).
Aisin lockouts.
Early front doors, complete.
Full floater rear axle assembly.

Thanks for the help,
Jeff

Paul at Landcruiser Mart on the southside of Brissy has looked after me in the past. I have a 4 speed gearbox (from a 2F JF40) that is in excellent condition. I just swapped it for a 5 speed. I'll PM you in regards to that.

Otherwise try Paul for the other stuff at:

Hey, I PM's some of you guys. Thanks everyone.
Asisin lockout=Toyota OEM hub.

As it turned out my shipping fell through, I had my dates screwed up and my free shipping is gone. I'm trying to arrange alternate shipping for the stuff but we'll see. It'll probably be a killer to get the stuff shipped over here.

Yeah, just park it in the corner :) I've got 2 40's in the garage, one of them a parts truck I'm tearing down. My wife would just love it if I picked up another one.
I wish I could get a couple of 45 pickups shipped over... Those things in nice shape are like gold over here.

Thanks again,
Jeff

I have had quotes to send engines to the US & Canada from Brisbane its almost cheaper to send parts over there than it is to send parts to Melbourne Australia. :?

Strange. Let me know who you were using for shipping. We're having a hard time finding someone.

Just curious - how much did they quote you?

Thanks.
