Alot of the usual wear and tear items are r.w.c items anyway, things such as the steering knuckle ball joints that wear and you can see the nut not looking like it is tight, control arm bushes wear out reguarly if it gets used off road, clicking under acceleration usually from the rear upper control arms, steering arms bed like bananas, rear axle seals leaking, etc etc.
Just make sure that it has a proper rwc done and not a dodgy one.

the wrangler is completely stock exept for bumper and rocksliders but they where only put on for show
the car belongd to a guy who only drove it onroad to impress the lady's so lots of bling bling on it and a great paint job
i think the bling bling factor isnt gonna stay on it long as im goeing to use it for what its build for

Here in Oz, the 99 and earlier models are prone (well reasonably common) to cracking the exhaust manifold. The 2000 model and later less so. Fix is either weld the crack or replace with extractors.
If it's been a onroad only car then I would suggest just checking the standard things on any road car - brakes, steering, accident damage etc and check it has been services regularly.
