Towbar tech...

I have just bought a 98 SWB Vitara.
Unfortunately, the towbar which I have had on all my previous Vitaras (SWB carby) doesn't fit as the tank is much larger and teh chassis rails seem slightly further apart.
Does anyone know if the LWB towbars will fit my model? I believe that they have the wider chassis and the larger tank, so I'm guessing yes, but I can't be sure.
