Coil Spacer and 2" lift?

I just installed 305/70/R16 (33"X12.5"x16") with 16x8.5 (stock offset) rims on a LWB GQ. The GQ had a 2" OME lift already. I was flexing the new tyres, and it seems to rub a little in the rear at full compression.
Also my front rear coils are clanging due to worn spacers, which are stock. So maybe I can kill 2 birds with 1 stone, by adding 15mm or 30mm spacers. Not sure what else I would need, castor correction, panhard rods replaced? Also what is the difference between the coil spacer lift and body lift, advantages/dis-advantages.
