Hi ,
I have a 10" electrical fan on my intercooler that produces a loud whistle through the cb radio. (It is the only thing in the vehicle that does)
Is there a way of stopping this?? some sort of suppression?
thanks for your help

4.625 open diff ???
My mate has just bought a gq safari sprint with the rd28t & 5speed. He has just checked the rear diff (4.6 ratio) and found it to be an open diff not an lsd. Can he use the front crownwheel & pinion on the rear of a lsd 4.1 diff head to create a 4.6 lsd ??? I realise that the front diff is different ...

2.6 sump
I am fitting a 4g54 2.6 engine to my early model pajero and I have just realised that the sump is different to the one on the engine I am using (L200) as the sump needs to be at the back not the front . Are these sumps for pajeros hard to find? or am I better off making one. And does the dipstick ...

Hi Guys Sorry I have been away a while since I started this thread. No I am positive mine does not have a filter in the injector pump as I have carefully slid a piece of wire about 40 mm down inside the pump with no obstruction,I think someone has thrown it away at some stage. The model of my Patrol ...

Td42 won't rev
My gq with a TD42 will not rev above approx 2800 rpm without difficulty. I have replaced the diesel filter and have checked for the filter in the injector pump but someone has removed it.Sometimes when accelerating it will start to bog for want of a better word and when I throttle off a bit it will ...
