The problem is the gentleman who is selling it doesnt speak english very well and has problems communicating what is on the car what it has done etc... just aafter some info What would a defender (95) ute be worth in parts? it is quiet rusted but the driveline sees in great condition. would $3000 be a fair figure? the motor has done around the 150 000km with the drive belt dome at 100 000. what else should i look out for. as i said the chassis is ...

yeah i want to be able to carry 2 spares when i go away with the camper
one on the car and one on the camper so they are interchangeable.

also in the event of several tyres going you can leave the camper and use the wheels to go get them fixed

they guards are quiet wide and the axle protrudes far enough out i think

one way to find out i guess

i have aquired a series 2 ex army landrover (1960) but has a ute tray on the back that looks like it was a amunitions carrier or weapons of some kind. has squarish cut gaurds rather than semi circular wheel cut outs ( u know what i mean) any idea what this vehicle was used for? ill try to put up ...
