Both wheels are positive offset, but doing the drawings and math you are still right : the inside edge of the 6" rim sits in the same place as the inside edge of the 8" rim, i.e 111mm from the fixing face.

Hi, My GU Patrol (Y61, mf 2000) has the standard alloy wheels 8JJx16 ET 10mm. When I bought it (second hand) the owner gave me a set of original Patrol GU steel wheels 6JJx16 ET 35mm.
