tuff korando

Has anyone ever built a tuff looking korando. I was driving along parramatta road this morning and pulled up next to one in the company hilux. I just looked in aww at this tuff, jeep looking fourbie wishing that I bought one of those instead of my headache of a 91 suzuki sierra. If anyone wants to ...

Hey does anyone know how much power the stock alt spits out? Yesterday we fitted the new alt, but we're still in the stage of trial and error. I wrote down the numbers from it before, but I've misplaced the piece of paper somewhere so I'll try and find it shortly.

Has anyone set up a manual choke with their webers? We were mucking around with the weber yesterday, we are putting a manual choke on it (didn't come with choke, got electric and water chokes from wreckers but don't think they'll bolt on, would prefer manual anyway). Can anyone give me some help ...

Ach, I don't think I could go muds again. I just want some fairly chunky all terrains. The muds on it at the moment make the ride so bloody uncomfy. I'll try and find a stockist that sells the Motorways here in Sydney. Anyone know anywhere?? And in Sydney we have everything. We have mud (drop zone ...

I'm lucky, I've got the rockhoppers already (stage 1 reduction), they came with the car when I bought it. Pretty much the only good thing that came with the car, I've had to put so much work and money into it. Mind you, the gumby that did the conversion didn't seal it up right. The speedo shat ...

20 psi? Hmm ok, I've been running about 30, I'm guessing that's my problem. I'll deflat them tomorrow and see how I go, but won't that make my fuel economy worse? My fuel economy at the moment is shocking, just like the shock from the tyres. Anywho, cheers.

That sounds great! Sounds like my kind of thing. I'm only a first year apprentice, so you can imagine how dismal my pay packet is every week. So these tyres are fairly comfortable on road also, the ones I've got now make the ride so bone jarring and bouncy. Would you be able to give me the contact ...

G'day all I'm in the market for a new set off rubber for my Sierra. At the moment I have a set of old worn out muddies. They are Dunlop Grantrek 30x9.50 r15 Lt. I would like a set of all terrains, pretty chunky ones, that would be nice on road and that wouldn't be much bigger than my original tyres ...

Also, I've just been talking to the oldman about the alternator. It's just been sitting at his work, and he keeps forgetting about it. I think he said he's bolting on a Holden pulley. I told him to get me the part numbers and such. So hopefully he'll pull his finger out and we'll get this done ...

I'm putting a big bosch unit in my zook. It looks similiar to the ones out of commodores but I'm not too sure. It bolts straight in, has the same number of wire outlets (I think). So all I have to do is change the pulley. I'm not too sure about the amp output, but I'm guessing it would be a lot more ...

Yeh, I've already looked through that whole thread, copied and pasted it all. But I can't remember seeing anything about the adapter plates used. It's all about jet sizes and other stuff like that. I just need a clear cut answer if the Datsun plate is the right one to get. Cheers.

weber carbie and adapter plate Q

G'day all. I just bought a Weber 32/36 dgav off Ebay and plan to put it on my '91 Sierra. The guys out there who have done this before, what adapter plate did you use? The guy I bought the Weber off says his Datsun (1600's, 180B, 200B, Bluebird etc) will fit. Is this true? Cheers

My speedo's also stuffed. The speedo drive inside the transfer case is Kaputt, and I have to rip the transfer case out this weekend and replace it. I don't know if it's different in the earlier Suzukis, I have a '91 model. Hope this helps.

suzuki swift/barina engine in sierra

G'day all. I was just at wreckers today picking up a few misc parts. I had a look at the Swifts and Barinas and thought maybe I could put one of these engines in my Sierra. G'day all

This is a just a bit off topic to Suzuki's but I didn't know where else to post it. I'm having trouble uploading a picture for my profile. I got a photo of my Zook and shrunk it to the right amount of KB. But apparently its got too many pixels. How do I fix this problem?

Cheers
