Don't go any lower than you need to. Unless all your driving is crawling or you have an engine that is happy over a big rev range you'll have to constantly stop and change low to high. My 6.5:1 (185%) zook gears are great for the slow stuff but I'd like something in between too. Even in 3-4th low ...

12mm flat plate, cut and reweld 50mm higher, I tack weled wilst on the car so no chance of being out of position.

Agree Superior stuff is generally pretty good, I have the Dobinson made flexy coils 4-5" supposed to be to Suspension stuffs specification, ie Long soft spring that keeps going and going down, very happy so far.
