Here's a spun off tailshaft and bent lower control arm, the otherside was a bit bent aswell, Superior one's now fitted.

They stopped making them for the GQ. I have one in my current model Hilux, there very good. If I came across one I'll put in my Maverick

Don't go any lower than you need to. Unless all your driving is crawling or you have an engine that is happy over a big rev range you'll have to constantly stop and change low to high. My 6.5:1 (185%) zook gears are great for the slow stuff but I'd like something in between too. Even in 3-4th low ...

12mm flat plate, cut and reweld 50mm higher, I tack weled wilst on the car so no chance of being out of position.

Agree Superior stuff is generally pretty good, I have the Dobinson made flexy coils 4-5" supposed to be to Suspension stuffs specification, ie Long soft spring that keeps going and going down, very happy so far.
