Did you end up buying one? Still looking. Have seen a nice looking 2003 Grand Cherokee Loredo for sale near home which I don't mind either. 4.7ltr with 100k on the clock ($25k). A few kms but what I've always been told is the more cylinders spread the load so greater mileage isn't such a concern ...

It surprised me I could get it so much cheaper than here....but that's the way it seems to be. Too many middle men out here, in my opinion (and the $/GBP conversion , I guess) <shrug>.

mine had the same drama but with high and found the fork adjustment was way out and would jump out on over run . too long like this and it kills the teeth on the dog clutch Mine (LT95) doesn't have the taper bearing conversion (that I know of) but is jumping out of high range under load. It also ...

Air con rad options
Hi all,
I have a air-con radiator I took out of the rangie and am wondering whether I could use it to cool something else on the rangie? It's seems to be in fair condition. Any opinions?
Cheers

Carbies leaking
Get one thing fixed and another pops up! I ran the rangie on petrol again today (it's duel fuel) and now it's leaking a good deal of petrol from the mixture adjuster under the air filter inlet on the carbs. I tightened the outer "bolt" but one carb kept leaking until I tightened the mixture screw ...

Mine weren't there when I bought the thing and now I've worked out which wires are for what, I'd like to have them working. So it's ...
