Hey guys, im thinking of buyin a 4x4 (sierra 1992) off a mate of mine but it doesnt have a RWC coz his tyres are bigger than 15% of the original. the car is registered though. whats the deal? can i buy the car? what do i need to do so that i can purchase the car legally with all the certificates ...

edit: what about converting hard-tops so i can attach a removable top to them. How much do you guys think it would cost?
