Fell over..... :(
Hi all,
I was out 4wd'ing today and the zuk fell over into some mud..... Most exciting to say the least.
Anyway only damage was on the rear drivers side panel above the fuel tank filler. It is pushed in a fair bit and runs around the window.
What is the best way to push this out, or is it ...

Where to buy an ARB Airloacker
Hi Guys,
I have done some searching around. I am looking at buying a Air locker for the front of my 85 zuk.
I would go to ARB, but i remembered hearing that there are better/cheaper places to source one?

I have the 15x7 sunny rims, with offset and they fit stock.
You just need to put in some extended bumpstops and some light guard massaging

Hi,
Check your PCV valves and carby vacuum things (if you still have them
)
Sounds like fuel, my car was doing the same, i changed the fuel filter and was all good.
What about the fuel return?
Sounds like carby if it is taking time, check the choke and flap?
Just ideas?

I was just measuring the gap between the bumbstop and the axle compared to the tyre and the guard.
It will need at least 25mm of spacer, any thoughts?

Yes i have a similar problem atm. At low speeds taking off under load my rear uni or something near the trans case vibrates up and down well that radiates to the gearbox lever. When driving the gearbox lever is fine but the tranny level vibrates more than normal..

Hi,
I found out today that i need the OME013 shocks for the rear and the OME031's for the front.

Thanks for that guys.
Yeah i will ask them tomorrow.
It took them 4 days to get the last lot in so i might have to wait a while.
I have been doing my normal 1km trips in the bus just with the original shocks and emu springs. Let me say they are worth the money!
Cheers again.

Hi,
The three in my car are for;
4WD indicator,
Reverse indicator
5th gear indicator
According to the Zuk manual
Yellow and red are reverse or backup
Blue/green and orange/black are 4wd
the other one is your 5th gear, i think blue/orange and something?
hope this helps?
