She is now fitted up with a set of XROX sliders and bash plates. MUMSRIG was the project mule once again for their development.

I have the 240's in the center of the bar on mine, but would like to fit some yellow 140's (do they make a smaller lightforce?) in the lower bar for foggy driving in winter here.

Pretty sure 140's are as small as they go... Boughta set of RooLite 220's today, couldn't justify the added expense ...

Put some lightforce 140's on yesterday... Bit of a tight fit, but they do fit!

Anyways... MUMSRIG is now all fitted up. This bar is a little different to the Hilux and has XROX cut into it instead if the holes at the bottom.

There is another section to be added to the bottom which goes from the bar to the lower radiator support ...

Gotta book MUMSRIG in next week sometime to get the new bar fitted, will pst pics once done.

Had 33's on mine and didn't have any issues, but I had a 3" body lift and Tough Dog suspension lift.

This will give you an idea of what stock V 3" body, plus suspension, plus 33"mudders does.

I had a set of plates very similar to the design above. Made mine from 6mm alloy and it saved the day on many an occasion.

I made an asthetically pleasing plate for the front though and it also did a decent job...

i actually make these at work and just built all the jigs for that bar on friday so will hopefully have the bar ready for you before the holidays. the current hilux weve done the bar but i havent made the jigs yet i think that is going to be monday or tuesdays job.
