thanks for all the help guy, i decided to take a plunge and roll start it and drive to work, it got there fine and started up fine when i finished, so hopefully the problem fixed itself, but i will go over the fuel tank thing and blow throught the fuel lines... im still a bit puzzled on the doors ...

hey guys, yeah i tried an impact driver, did not work, kinda stumped, dont have a welder so yeah, thinking about grinding of the bolts or drilling them and getting new bolts, and with the fuel problem, i clutch started it down the hill, seems to be alright when i do that, but if you leave it running ...

cheers Mike, yeah i am going to give the impact driver ago, i have already passed the stage of cursing at my doors... didnt help too much. yeah we with the engine, i put fuel in the carby and seems to start up fine then once its gone it just dies, so i am guessing its not getting fuel through?

thanks nik, it seems to be that the screws in the hinge are really rusted, any ideas on how the get them out... and yeah i did find a wire disconected on the coil, but it still does the same thing...

okay, i found a wire disconected from the dizzy, i attatched back and it started up fine, then it died like 20 seceonds later, and now it is doing the exactly same thing as before??

Even if the copper finds 10 defects it is still only one fine. Driving a defective vehicle. but.. they usually stop looking after 1 or 2.
