2" body lift on 80 series?

These might be stupid questions but,
Is there only five mounts down each side on the 80's? I've removed 10 total and can lift the front ok, but the rear end is being a bit stubborn!!

I'm guessing that its still fixed somewhere or i'm being a sook and just need to go harder!

Any advice?

15" rims on 80 series??

I've got a near new set of Wrangler MTR's on 15"rims from my 75 series. I went to throw them on the 80 series but found that the rims hit the calipers on the rear!!

What can i do to utilise the tyres?

Different offset rims?
