Hey Mate, if u got one, I used a block n tackle to do mine, it allows you to wiggle the engine with both engine mounts loose to get one out at a time. If u dont have access to one, maybe a engine crane will do the trick? only took me about an hour to do them and do yourself a favour n dont use std e...

I had a 600 on mine way too big, 365 was the choice n it worked perfect, what u gotta do with the holleys is run them with the float facing forwards. this way it doesnt starve goin up a hill, or flood going down a hill ;)

a simple solution is to turn the holley around. with the float at the front, it wont lean out going up the hills.

I had that problem with my old engine, although i also had the problem of a 650 being way too big hehe...

mate,

3k for a stroker is abit $$$, if i was you id shove in a 4.4ltr leyland engine, my one has it in it and goes good. i dunno how you would go with the EFI though
