Who does a good deal on tyres in Melbourne or surrounds?

Im needing a set of tyres for my patrol and im wondering where is the best, actually the cheapest place to get some? (easier to justify to the mrs!) Im thinking either Goodyear wranglers, BFG KM2's or a set of Mickey T's in 315/75/16's (are they to big for a standard steel GU rim?) Where do you guys ...

yeah they didnt actually say they sold those ones as such but it said they sell gauges so they probably could get them or something... i reckon there a good idea though! is that what you were chasing?

Is it just a gauge your after that monitors both batteries?

theres a mob on ebay i was looking at that sell gauge pods for Gu's and they have a gauge with both batteries in a bar line form, looks trick

Winch bar, which ones if any will fit???

Im wanting a winch bar for my patrol but am having trouble chasing up a second hand one and dont want to pay $1100 for a new one.... Is the any other model , such as 80 series or something?? You can get heaps of second hand ones of them but now many patrol ones!

I got a quote today off the shop I usually get all my stuff done by and they said about $350!! Its gonna be money well spent I reckon!!!

Ive decided ill give my clutch in my TB42 91 patrol myself!!

do you have to pull the seats and stuff out to get the plate off from around the gear shifters and stuff? anyone have and other tips that might make life easier? im not keen on pulling the motor out with the gearbox though!!

Yeah thanks for the help guys, I sorta figured that it would be a prick to do and even though im an auto elec and doing trade upgrade to diesel mech n have some mechanical talent I know when its a good idea to hand ball something!! ill just pay someone I think!!

My patrol needs a new clutch, i think its just the thrust bearing or throwout bearing in it, should I pay a shop to do it or do it myself? anytime I think ill just do it myself I always regret it!!
