Anyone know the part numbers for the 323 dizzy cap n rortor used in the gti convesion?

Also hav some more questions if anyone on here has done the conversion and is willing to help, I've looked at alot of sites but still hav questions.

nope haven't changed a thing just randomly starteded happening after a hour long drive

kinda sounds like thefirst youtube link, but it never used to make this sound??? and its not because of the enw actuator we changed that coz it wasnt holding boost

yes its a turbocharged


has a brand new wastegate thou, priity sure it shouldn't b making these sounds

Hey guys im looking a buying a wreck carby vitara to drop teh donk in my sierra just wondering if anyone has ever fitted the vitara aircon system aswell?

Driving home on a welded front diff an't all that much fun. 6 point turn to get fuel. Been there done that. Welded a star picket to a gq tie rod with batterys it worked fine, It got driven round brisbane for a week after that.

zook_fan hav u done much mud driving? after a day out in the mud my carby would never idle properly, then it gave up all together so i swapped it for another, now i hav the same problem again wont idle its coughs n splutters surges and stalls. ive tried cleaning it and it was fine for a few days but ...

try toping up the brake fluid, its low brake fluid warning light.....

sort of, more chasing reliability as the stock 1.3l carb is rooted n conks out all the time

Which vitara carby is it that fits the 1.3L and wat has to be done to fit it?

sweet got it off with the use of a centre punch and a top of the range snap on rattle gun

no the new seal is in how tight am i supose to do it back up?

i had accidently typed "teh" on a few occations i dont do it on purpose it just happens wen i type......

ive tried gettin in behind it with a small screw driver but its very stubern and stuck in there... i hav a rattle gun for undoin it

Went to do the front pinion seal on the suzi today and found theres a kinda locking tab (piece of the nut hammered in a small cutout in the pinion shaft) and for the life of me i cant seem to get it out so i can undo the bolt. anyone hav any tips?

just did the wheel bearings and all the front seals.....

hey need some help my drivers side front brake locks on when it heats up when it cools down its fine and can drive as soon as u use them a few times it heats up and locks on, ive already changed the caliper once (a 2nd one) and it still does the same thing, any idea what this could be?

hey guys having abit of trouble with my zook latly, seems to cut out when u start to venture offroad, had trouble with the fuel filter so wacked in a new one, but it still cuts out every now and then and is really hard to get goin again, when it starts up it doesnt run properly, im thinking it has ...

deff has fuel it spayed it all ova the engine bay lol
snapped the cam angle sensor, thats y it wont start

no more fuel leaking, but it wont start, has no spark for some reason.

im pritty sure there all there, any other posible reasons?

trying to put a mates jimny back together and the injecotors dont seem to be sealing with the injector rail. is there anything speacial your supost to do to when refiting them?
