Well i have had some good quotes this morning, Perth 4x4 reckon they can do it no problems, fixed and braced, but no quote, hourly rate job. Robson Brothers and Northern 4x4 both said they would use Cass Jones to fix it, but big $$$ and hard to get booked in. Ultimate 4x4 did one last week, $625 ...

its a common issue with spring towers shitting themselves.

They are as good as any other off the shelf kit. No they are not all the same,but i guess if its got a garret it must be good hey. DTS will make more power and have lower peak torque than any off the of the shelf kits. what about 3kw? On the dyno they are about the same. Theres 203984302984 threads ...

Bogged, you can still get the old style patern, just put a pair on the front, available from Goodyear in Croydon or Boronia. dont matter now, have already bought new tyres. But I tried 4-5 places, inc Goodyear stores and nobody could supply them. they may have been old stock... Ya lucky ...

are there any cheap things? no. Come on, don't be like that. He could just turn up the power knob one or two clicks, which it good for an extra 20-40HP. That is FREE. pump tyres up to 60psi :p If he does that and has an accident are you liable bogged as you suggested it? only if he fits a 3000 ...

Anyway they are all speed rated and afaik they always have been. There is no way they are "off-road only" in either the new or old form.
