yes of course its worth it.. and im sure it is fine as long as it is engineered which it will be well, why are you asking on here? wouldn't it be so much easier to pick up the phone, call an engineer, and find out what they think? the engineer is the one who has the final say, so why not include ...

Your an ass if you think the calmini kit is ass. It is top quality gear. Does that mean they've bought some metric drills yet? 1/2" does not equal 10mm, or 8mm or whatever. No amount of stacked dime welding or thick powdercoating will make up for holes the wrong diameter, and I'm not buying ...

I think you will find you got screwed by your local supplier not calmini ;) Nah, all sorted with supplier. Must say, i would recommend 4wd USA (Western Australia) as a supplier, although, there was a bit of stuffing around, eddie was very helpful with getting things fixed. and we got there in the ...

All i can say is good luck if you are planning on doing it in the near future! Have you looked at the warrior kit, Im pretty sure it doesn't add height. But requires some fab work alternatively you could fab one up yourself. regarding the crapmini kit. All i can say is good luck if you are planning ...

Okay I know that pixieLWB is in the process of installing a calmini 5 inch lift, but didn't recieve some parts which is maybe why they want to purchase different shocks than what comes with the kit. But seriously the shocks that I got with my kit work very well with it, they are the perfect length ...

Longest Shocks
Hi all, am in the process of doing my suspension build, and have come to the stage where i need to find some decent shocks. just wondering if anyone could advise me on what the longest Eye-Pin shock absorbers, that are valved sort of correctly for a LWB zook. Hi all, just wondering, has anyone on here has done or looked into doing a 2LT engine swap? i have roughly measured, and should fit perfectly with a body lift. (I don t want to hear Blah Blah, it will weigh to much etc. as i have already partialy factored that into my suspension setup, its more the ...

i don't mean to jump to his defense, but if you read his profile, it says he is a student, so, one must assume he is doing things on a reasonably tight budget, unless he is a student learning to cook meth or something. he asked for a good suspension set up, for the front end of a sierra ...

NT LWB with WT diffs. But you're in Sydney- you can find WT LWB's as Ateco imported them. Only NSW could buy them. Steve. HRMM, my WT LWB was (allegedly) initially bought in SA...(makes me wonder how much of the cars "History" i can trust.) I would be thinking the best answer for this would be WT ...

Don't get all upset now it was just a joke. And no. Wider tyre/wheel combos will probably have the most affect on bump steer. i have nothing against the Calmini 5 incher, i plan on going down that path once i get my tax return... yay, only a few weeks to go. how do you find the lift?? Being LWB, i ...

So has anyone got any recent experiences with zooks on gas? With the price of fuel, i am about to give up on my 32/36DGAV, and am thinking straight gas. Does anyone know how well a tank will fit under a LWB (body lift possible if necessary) Have also seen in the US forklift bottles used, does any ...
