The gearbox x member is in a different spot on the chassis, manual to auto, so may require some work to be done to get it to fit.
Making some nice changes to the 4 sp will make it a nicer vehicle to drive, for less money, and save a conversion.

Dont even consider foam cell shocks for that type of thing. Once you overheat them and the cells break down the shock is then shot. Foam cell shocks are such as Tough Dog, Rancho etc. I can trash Rancho within 25mins on a corrugated road.

Nothing to worry about, its a built in safety, and comes in at least 30 deg C before its really becoming an issue.
Next time, use the right set of gears,a nd lower the air pressure in the tyres.

If they are green under where the batteries are, they will also take the later better batteries coming soon.

I used CAPA charger on my 80 with 4.5 motor, and I used a Safari air to air intercooler for a 1hdt front mount.

We have done many AHC Sahara's but the ideal is 40mm, with the factory AHC shocks so as not to top them out often.
Remember it self levels so a coil sprung truck with 150kg + gear isnt going to be exactly 50mm lift any longer either, so 40mm works out ok.
Its a little complicated in the process ...
