it will be a cracked head, helped a mate with his patrol and it had good compresion but it kept pushing all the water from the radiator into the overflow and the water in the radiator bubbled like you said. You can by a crack detector kit which you can spray on yourself, or find or mechanic friend ...

I have just seen a FJ45 near where i work for sale with an off-road trailer for sale for 11K its a 79 model, i was just wondering if any one else thinks that this is a little bit exxy

dont quote me on this but cant you put a subaru liberty alternator using the same mounts and everything, i have seen it done but cant remember from what year it is. gives better output. somebody here will know which year Another quick fix is to simply upgrade the output wires to the battery which ...

air bags

i just priced a set of poly air bags for a 92 hilux and the go for about $385 to fit yourself and about $460 to fit (that was priced from TJM) they reckon they are the s%^t because it gives good of road cause you can take some of the leafs out and when towing just pump up the bags

I seem to have a leak from what looks like the rear main seal when i go 4wdriving (going up steep hills!!) has this happened to any one else, and is it as simple as what it seems to fix.

my two cents

i've got a set of the 32" on mine and there great, let them down to 6psi no worries, probably could go less but haven't needed to. and as for noise a mate has the simex ones and mine are a little quieter and at $200 fitted its a nice little saving

I'm moving from albury region, i've gone on some good trips here. I drive a SWB 85 model with the standard big tyres, body lift, stage 3 rockhoppers. standard motor at the moment but an upgrade is always on the books :lol:

hi, i was wondering if anyone new what sort of headlight upgrade you could do, as you would know the standards are crap.
Have spotties but want to get low beam better as well.

Also moving to townsville in a month, where abouts is the good wheelin up there, and whos up there
