Seriously, if you are going to run 35's then get a 4" kit. 35's won't be legal so you may as well have the lift to fit them. I would just go with the 3" Mates Rate Kit from Suspension Stuff, Talk to Shane about it and I am pretty sure like most it will give you around 2" of actual lift.

Besides his prices are awesome and so is his service.
