I'm think about chipping my v8 cruiser. Wonder what best chip would be. I don't want to over do it and cause problems with the motor. Also wanting to know if there a after market turbo to put on them or do I just have to get mine rebuilt

Are you just using stock bottom end? How long will it last?

Thinking about changing injectors on my v8 ute, has anyone done them before? Im a mechanic but everyone I've spoke to hasn't had much todo with them, I'm wanting to know if the inlet manifold has to come of or can you get away with just the intercooler?

Is there any difference in the internals of the 1hdfte engines in the utes and 100series wagons?cause I've notice in a few stats that say the wagons have more power and torque than the utes. So does anyone know the truth to this, do the wagons have different ECU and turbos?

G'day I'm after some parts for my 80, all little things like fan motor for the heater and wiper motor, things like that. Who wold be cheapest and best to see about getting part like that around north brissy- sunnycoast. Or is there anyone on here wrecking a 80?

Im putting a big Garrett on my 1hz but it looks like that waste Gate is going to hit the engine block, has anyone come across this before? And what have they done?

I seen I nice Gu single cab patrol ute in caboolture on the weekend, it was that shanpain gold colour, it had superflex arms, Src shocks, a very nice tube tray, if anyone knows the one I'm talking about let me know as I'm wanting to get a tube tray made and want something similar to that one. G'day all I'm looking at getting a new ute either a hdj79 or a vdj79. I wanting to know is there much difference in the fuel usage and do the v8 have that much more power and torque?

Do you these turbos really work that well and make that much difference?

About 800 for the set in Australia but 100 each shock in USA than got to get them shipped

Yeh I have to get the pin to eye adapoter, the bloke I talked to said the little canister makes a difference but he might just be trying to sell them, I was also thinking maybe go the rebuildable better ones but by the time I get them shipped here will prob be a bit out of my price range

It's mainly so I can put longer shocks on without them bottoming out

Wanting info on if a 1hdt injector pump will bolt straight onto a 1hz engine? I've been told that the 1hdt pump is bigger inside and flows more fuel. Any help would be great thanks
