You an find them here is Canada too, I just found one on BC4x4 complete, stripped of a Surf. Paid $500 for it.
Post up a wanted thread there, you might get lucky.
I bought it for the same truck as the one you have.

How much is it rubbing by? If only slightly why not take it off, chop it up and put it back on. Thats the plan right now, It is currently bent up by about an inch or so (25.4 mil :) ) and it is now weeping oil. What gauge is the oil-pan, easy to weld? I will post a pic next week when I do the work ...
