I had the exact same thing happen to me on my last trip away, road between Tibbo and Camerons Corner. Bad corrugations, on corners which was impossible to take fast enough to glide over them. It broke the same place on my HJ75.

I put Maxima seats in mine, real comfortable. Just used factory toyota rails. Adapted the seats onto them via some 50x5 flat, welded to maxima seat body but drilled holes to suit the rails, so they can be removed and toyota ones put back in at any time.

As dumbdance mentioned, and Gale Banks has proven, be careful about what you do, how you do and how much with diesel combustion chambers and pre combustions, as the best thing for diesels is swirl of the intake charge mixing with the fuel and having a good flame.
