ricko thats why im thinking to get two sets. and asking opions. im interested in what every one else uses and what they run and there probs or or how fantastic they r. i will b looking in BFG's cause every 1 is saying they r a really good tyre. its good to know ppl r running them with very minimal ...

hubby doesnt do BFG's and want to b able to really go off road when we get away

v840... doing mainly black stuff wit a few gravel roads. on trips away we do a bit of every thing. mud, dust, creeks, rocks, up hills, down hills, nothing too major got a bub in the back and dont want he's head to fall off (looked like it was going to last weekend! :) ). dont wanna spend lots & lots ...

i need new tyers for my 80 series cruser. not sure wether to get a set of all terrains or some similar or to get a set of roadies and a seperat set of 4x4. any suggsetions? brands?? ta

our drivers side swich needed to b replaced. there is a company wher u can get toyota parts with out the toyota name . ask ur auto lec. it was heaps cheaper then a toyota part and works fine. wish u luck

i got the same prob, if u look up my post there is some info there but the handbrakes on cruisers r crap and most people r saying put up wit it or buy sum thing else..sorry..

hey big_GQ, any idea where i find don kyte spares? i just googled him but it didnt come up.

i know it a toyota and i know the brakes crap and i always park in gear (otherwise im never sure if my car will b ther when i get back to it). i was just trying to find if any one knows how to improve it.

At least wit the chocks i'll know my car will stay where i leave it it's already had a small lift so maby.. will give assassin a call soon.

yeah got it in there too just though i'd spread my net a bit wider.. its really starting to piss me off haveing crap hand brake

Any idea's on how to best make my 80 series handbrake work?? been cleaned adjusted new parts... but still won't hold enough. i've heard u can get aftermarkets parts to help. any ideas??

I wouldn't know where to start. I'm a girl. only got the brakes done recently new shoes/ pads the whole lot and havent been near any mud.. stupid car.

my mechanic says mines well adjusted, it still won't hold enough to feel safe leaving it on a hill unless the engines stopped and it's in gear. any other ideas??
