Yep had a bit of an interestig last day to say the least :roll:
Breakages and fun aside we were Quite supprised to find out after the presentation that we had been disqualified from the first event.

OOps ..Have fixed it up ta for that Pig75, my brain and hands don't talk sometimes :oops:
And yes i have the single pulley at pressent but am trying to locate the additional pulley to bolt up for p/s. So i will have 1belt for w/p & alt then another off crank just for p/s pump and Idler.

Just a quick q for those in the know ?
I've just fitted up p/s pump and brackets to a G161 (i know) and was wondering if the jack crank pulleys were multiple singles bolted or a one peice pulley (2v -3v).
The reason I ask is the single pulley on mine has 2 12mm bolts and the centre bolt , but also ...

Just a thought ...if hilux bushes fit maybe some hilux rear shackles may fit also ?

You can also try wiring in a relay, (dont forget about the negative switching in sierras) .
All we did was wire it up so relay plugged into std light plug and worked alone, that way if it dies u can just unplug and conect back to std to get home. Made about 30-50% improvement with 55w bulbs.
