Hey, Bek and dave,,, Got the answer for ya early.... The model was a dickie seat out of the 1984 long wheel base 7 seater.. the seat folds down from the back. I mounted it facing backwards the ran lap belts catch from the exsisting floor mounts and high tensile bolted the sash belt into the wheel ...

G`day, I put bucket seats in the front and a pajero dickie seat in the back of my 77 FJ40.... A simple answer to having a three seater in the back is .... NO. The only people that could fit three in the back would have to be very small people. two adults can fit but even then it`s a tight squeeze ...

I was wondering if you can fit a 3 seater in the rear of a 1976 fj40, and if so what seat fits?
I was wanting to have a single and bench seat in the front (check my wanted ad) and a 3 seater in the rear, is it possible???
