i have a 98 duelcab hilux which had no restraining points.i talk to them ambulance where i hired the capsule from and they advised me where to put it.then i drilled it myself.

MY 3 LITRE DONE THE SAME THING. IT WAS THE BRACKET MOUNTS ON THE PILLAR. PUT FOAM TAPE BETWEEN IT . GIVE THAT A GO
