Many of the denso Alts run that plug, in a pinch buy a round to oval adapter and cut the end you don't need off.
Ashdowns, PJL, all the auto elec w/salers will have them.

Its either the head gasket or the check valve. Probably the check valve, its the goldish cylinder in front of the gauges about 2 inches, the nut in the end will unscrew and there is a little ceramic or plastic piston that has probably dislodged.
