Just make sure the new seals are the Viton ones.
the 2.4 pump will work but if you were going to the hassle of pulling the pump out, i would just throw in a fuly recoed one
that way you know damn sure its going to last without leaking!!!

very common with low sulphur diesel inbits! type in a search on google and you will see what i mean. be carefull if you attempt to fix the leaky seal yourself, make sure you index mark everything you take off , otherwise you could be up for a full pump rebuild anyways . Even one little spline ...

Engage your hubs back in , start the car and engage first gear drive forward and then stop select reverse , the lever should free up then you can disengage your low range lever if it doent disengage keep selecting first and reverse a couple of times should be happy days!

Not to sure actually! Ive just pulled the old 2.8 out of my old girl and putting in the 3.0 and noticed the two injectors pumps are different this valve is one of them! Just not to sure what it is or where it hooks upto? Any Takers?

Hey Guys can anyone let me know what this actuator looking thing is on the side of my injector pump? It has what looks like two vaccum or pressure lines .
its on a a 5l hilux injector pump if anyone can let me know what they are hooked upto?

Could be the tappets.
They are overhead cam , But have shims to adjust valve clearances

Go a Garrett t25 or T28 of the silvia import ca18t or sr20t motors! pick them up on ebay quite regular! Most of the import guys upgrade there stock turbos so basicly give these away! got one on my 3l works a treat with the 35's !

Have you got the Draglink set at the correct length! When you go Higher you need to lengthen it!

I adapted a t25 to my 2.8 with flange plates that i made at work!
havent had a prob so far!!!!

How old is the turbo? Could have a crack around the wastegate port !

i made an adaptor from 20mm plate , it adapts your surf manifold ct20 to a t25 or t28 turbo! wasnt hard to make! only took a couple hours at work! i love foreigners

Good luck getting anything off Turboglide seperately!
Take a really heavy wallet with you aswell!

You could use an adaptor with the surf manifold! The T3 is prob to big though as said before! The t25 are quite common , just scour ebay for one off a sr20 or ca18 equiped nissan silvia!

Just picked up a dual transfer case for my ln106 single cab!
Was wondering if anyone if i went solid rear drive shaft what length it should be shortened to? And the same for the front but lengthining that one Cheers
