I should be a flippin code breaker for the army with this level of deciphering -

I think what you meant to say is:
"Just want to know if the small shifter can be put in wrong?
Mine rubs on the main shifter, I had it modified to suit body lift
but now when I go 4x4ing it gets knocked out when changing from 1st to 2nd gear"

???? Am I right???

Yes you can put it in 180* out. If they hit it's back to front. Don't bend nothing it's only masking the real problem. Member u had them both modded together and they worked befor so something has changed. My bet is back to front

If its in back the front as you'll see if you try change it, the shifter will be way off to one side it really only goes in 1 way and alot off people have similar problems.

From what I've seen sometimes its the bushing for the shifter, and sometimes it just needs to be bent away a touch.
