Under load is really where you dont want it to be smokey though.

Down low while its off boost is ok on something like yours, but up top ideally it should be quite clean.

This is why the EGT's are heading sky high really quickly.

no i dont have a graph. ive used a few diffrent turbos before, and i reckon this one works awesome with the engine. it boost realy early and keeps going all the way.

only running 20psi, it is only smokey when its under load, already received a epa letter but it goes pretty well as it still lifts 37,s around corners

were does a factory turbo gu run the drain into?

just wondering what is the best spot to run the drain back from the turbo on a td42.
im currently running it into the sump but i have noticed that the oil level in the sump is higher than the fitting itsself, so the oil stays in the pipe at the same level as the sump would this be restricting the ...

im running au falcon thermos on my gq td42t and the temp never goes above 90deg even when exhaust temps reach 500deg the hardest part is setting up the controller.

hey i was just wondering if any one knows an easy steering wheel swap to do out of another car/nissan. i already have a diffrent one in my gq but not sure what its out of as it was in there when i purchased it.

so far i have fully re built the motor, has got turbo grind cam, heavy duty valve springs and valves, custom intake and exhaust manifold, custom made garret turbo 2 suit engine.
All i need now is a pump. Iv been priced 3 grand from PGS in mornington. But im not sure what they acutally do to the pump ...

i want to upgade my injector pump so i can run big power. Does anyone know of a good place in melbourne area that can re build my pump??

Also does anyone know the maxmium work that can be to the pump?
