Mate you can expect 3-4in of lift out of a standard set of gq-gu rear coils in your pajero.

I got 3-1/2in lift out of mine when i put them in.

And you will need to do a drop stop cut and torsion bar crank to get about 2-1/2..... lift in the front.

Then you will need to do a ball joint flip to get ...

Mate i'm seriously guessing it is a fuse that you have missed.
If the only change you made was bulbs it has to be simple.
This is gonna sound stupid but!! you have to have the car running or the lights will drop to the parkers only .
I'm not 100% sure if you can just have the ignition on but try it ...
