mines a factory swb ute, but has had the tub cut off and a custom tray put on it, it is sweet lots of room in the cab and you can still fit heaps on the tray. the tray is lifted high enough to place the 31" under it so thats not in the road. also its for sale if anyoe is interested

great idea but not exactly what i am after. it can take longer than a day, i was just after some ideas or pics of some bars, i wanted just a simple looking bar, a few bends and so forth nothing that is to over the top.

just after some ideas to get some more weight in my rear of my hilux, the alloy tray is to light and my extended shackles sit straight rather then with a slight angle so you can imagine how bouncy it is.

can anyone help me solve my problem.. ive got a 90 model lux with 3.8 commodore motor, TH700 box and at 80km and quicker there is a loud whistleing noise from the car. It only happens on acceleration. ive put a new transfer in, rebuilt the back diff, new centre bearing. but still nothing. any help ...

I have also heard mounting ths thinner aluminium core out of a commodore and the thermo set up works well and requires little modification to mount it.

i run this in my lux with a V6 and runs sweet, unless the thermo fuss blows :lol:

i am running a commodore 3.8 auto in my 90 lux, and just wondering if any
one knows where to buy the speed sensor part that the speed cable screws
onto on the transfer case. im thinking you have to buy it from marks but not to sure, any help would be much appreciated

im pretty sure diesel diffs are stronger, because i did mine this week, changed diesel ratios to petrol in my 90 lux and the diesel bearings were different.
