adjustables are good.....how much of a pain in the arse are the koni adjustables to adjust? I understand you have to pull them apart...is this right??

In CV's it is advisable to use molygrease which is that black sticky grear as it has graphite in it to lube better.

Do the seals.

Simple as that, they are worth bugger all but are a lot of effort to replace if they leak later
