thanks for all the heads up and advice, i was always leaning towards the diesel, but with so many dual fuels on the market, i thought i would ask the people who know best :P im not looking for a 4bie where i will go out to the bush and find a track the looks like it hasnt been used for 10 years and ...

So i have been thinking about getting a 80's series cruiser or a 90's prado. i have been slightly leaning towards the 80's, because there is more of a range of after market goodies... now my questions are: i want a diesel, but these new carbon taxes are scaring me .. with most petrol 80's coming ...
