As most led lamps are multivolt they don't pull enough amps to slow them down.
You can try replacing the front indicators to brighter globes or bursons stock resistors, that you wire in and that fixes the issue it's a 5 min job with a soldering iron

You should only have one working light there which will be p/s reverse light .

I had the same upgraded te lights to Gu S2/s3 lamps with indicators , reverse tail n brake both sides.

What do you mean by solid spacer? As in crush tube for pinion?

Patrols run a solid spacer if that is what your referring to.

In my ZD30, i added 35's and 4.6 diff gears and that brought the speedo to being back to spot on.

all 2.8's i have ever seen has had 4.6 diff gears

Ebay - have the cheapest 4" elbows / joiners you can find, they are cheap but a quality silicon rubber <$30
