hey guys got under my 100 today and found that the nut has come off the bolt that holds the trailing arm to the chassis rail does anyone know the sizeof the nut.

save me taking the other one off to show as a sample.

on mine there is a sticker on the arm that holds the wheel with a part number ring TJM and ask for a breakdown of the holder assembly.

depends on flange size for if it will FIT or not.
but there is a heap of other variables that need to be considered.

intake wheel size (could be laggy)
exhaust wheel size (could be laggy)
max boost (no use having a turbo that is only make around 6-8psi max)

for all these i'd just head to a local wreckers for the studs and stuff. the pipe will be after market. alot of people put the balance pipe in as some times the seal between the transfer and the gear box weeeps and they drain one into the other and the you dry seize the box so add a pipe to allow ...

does the diesel have a transponder in it went to one key vutter last night and he reckons it does.

I didn't think the diesel had the computer tansponder thing.

either that or what you can try is apply a small amount of weight on the old thread then belt the side of the arm and it should pop out..... worked for me what you have to remember when doing this, is while you are belting the arm, someone has to hold a heavy object against the other side of the ...

so the turbo diesel has a stronger C&P is that what you mean....

mainly blew due to having to much slop in the diff.
but only worked that out after i took the centre out last night...

Hey guys done a quick search couldn't come up with anything so...

i have a 98 model hzj105r and i've busted the front diff
i've been told that the first of the hundred series were the same diff centre as the 80 series can anyone confirm this for me.

yeah where the fuel line comes onto the carby there is a banjo bolt take this off carefully as it should have two copper washers one on either side and in the bolt is a little strainer filter pick it out and throw it away. they are only going to be a hassle for you if you keep it. also is your fuel ...

pin at the top and eye at the bottom and the coil sits apon a seat about 1.5inches from the bottom. with standard lenght strut towers you can get the rear struts out of a magna mid 90's model and they bolt straight in (bottom bush need to be narrowed a little) but that will give you 3 inch lift in ...

100series speedo problem

After driving home from work yesterday i noticed my speedo is jumping around like when the cable is about to snap on a old style cable driven speedo setup.

But aren't these electronic???

What could be the problem and how much do you guys think it's gonna cost me.

Radiator is in good condition as he had it all checked when he had the thermo fan fitted the other month.

He is buying a newt thermostat today.

I never even thought of the pump, I'd say it will have been tinkered with as this car is a ex police wagon thanks daisy
