Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Thanks for your replies. I Rang Kapco today that sell brand new gearboxes for about $1560. I think I will go for that option but it is just a matter of finding the dollars.

Can anybody help. My gearbox has starting whining in every gear apart from 4th. Is there any easy fix or should I just throw an imported second hand one in. I've seen the advert for brand new one for about $1500 in the 4x4 trader but was after a bit of a cheaper option.

A couple more questions
With the electric fuel pump did you have to plumb a return line back into the fuel tank? Did use use the existing fuel lines with the VL fuel plumbed directly into it?

What problems did you have to oversome to install the fuel injection system? What did you do as far as a fuel surge tank? Abpout how much did it cost? Sorry for all the questions but I'm trying to figure out whether its worth it.

I am contemplating putting a magna fuel injection set up in my NA pajero but I would love to know if the economy and performance returned is worth the effort. Is there anyone out there who has done this conversion who could answer this question?
