Long Range Fuel Tanks
Hi guys I want to put a second hand long range fuel tank in the diesel Patrol, there seem to be quite a few available second hand. Is there any difference between one out of a petrol patrol and a diesel Patrol? Are they pretty easy to fit? Anything I should be watching out for? Thanks.

I've often seen the upper lights for sale on EBAY. They say they are replacements for the dummy lights. Still cost $100 though.

IMHO, going from 2-3inch is not worth the effort, go with a 2inch body lift instead. cheaper by lots of $100's. Going from 2-4inch is costly for the gains. unless your after bling. brakelines, panhards, dropboxes/casters etc etc etc Thanks for the advice bogged. Had some trouble with the ramp over ...

Hey Seafarer I'm not going to be selling the bilsteins until I make a decession on new shocks and buy them and that wont be for some time. Just doing some research. If I'm going to sell them I'll put them up in the for sale section. Brunsy like the Patrol same colour as mine as well! Mine is the 4 ...

Thanks guys. I'm going with TCIS insurance so I don't think that insurance will be a problem, will check though. Is there much of a difference on the black stuff between a 2in 3in or 4in lift? What do most people consider the best for an everyday driver that you still want to be really capable off ...

Suspension upgrade
I want to upgrade the suspension in my GQ from a 2' lift to a 4'. The 2' is less than year old, Bilstein shocks and lovells springs, done less than 20000. My question is how much do you reckon I should be looking at selling them for? And what is a reasonable price for a 4' lift of about the same age ...

Fixing up bull bar
The steel bull bar is off the car and was thinking it might be a good time to fix up the scratches on the side. What is the best way to touch it up? Can you just sand the scratches out and use some spray paint, the scratches are mostly just in the powder coat, or is there a better way? Thanks.
