my wife has a 98 v6 auto a bit thirsty around town. we had it put on lpg about 5 months ago , a lot better now. worth spending $3500. we now have 70lt gas and 60lt petrol

will a defender diff fit

will a defender rear diff fit a range rover and are they any stronger than a range rover one. do they run the same ratio. I have blown 2 diffs up in a week.

I've just finished doing up my 88 rangey 4 door. We fitted a 350 chev engine to it. go's a lot better. having trouble with tyres rubbing on wheel arch. don't want to do a body lift, it has 3'coils with 30mm spaces running 33s. we have cut frount guards but need help with rear ones. has any one cut t...

I put a 2.5 inch exaust on mine from the cat. back, all so have a pod air filter. made a huge difference. she starts pulling from 2500 right through to 6500. on a dirt road it'll spin 33's no worries. :lol:

Todd, yep the prado rims bolt straight on, the off set is a bit deeper than the standed jackaroo. So they look chunker, but still don't stick out past the guards. :D

I when mine was stock I was runing 265/75/16 Cooper ST on toyota prado rims. Now with a body and spring lift I am now runing 33x12.5/15 maxis buckshots muddies on white rims. the coopers never rubed but the 12r's just rub on full lock. They only on the plastic inner guard. :D

trudi; the jacks are a good truck mine a 92 v6 with 340,000 on the clock. it's still going strong and can handle a good floging. mine do'es ratle on cold start up but quitens down when warm. good luck

has anyone snaped the thred on the tyre rod end. i decided to remove the front sway bar before a night run on the weekend, on climbing a hill i loss wheel travel. result; a broken cv and snaped tirerod end. :roll:

Hi i'm paul, I've got a 92 V6 jackaroo with a few mods. 2" body lift, 2"Dobson spring kit, ball joint flip, 33x12.5 maxis mudders on 15x8 alloys. Next on the list ARB air lockers.
