Wolf Wheels

Hi Guys, Im thinking of putting Wold military wheels onto my disco1 but i was thinking about a couple of things. Firstly i know that they are a thicker wheel, but i am not sure if i need to have longer studs to allow sufficient thread for the wheel nuts. At the moment with my standard disco steels ...

Thanks Cloughy,

I mean there isn;t much room between the bottom of a 205/R16 on the carrier and the rear bumper. Just wanted to make sure if i went up to 235/85 that they woudl squeeze in and just clear the rear bumper alowing the door to shut.

Hi guys. Yeah no i was dealing with a large main ARB dealer. They just wont sell split springs unless they are leaf springs. And i woudln't deal with ARB unless i had to as the only suspension i want is OME. I've had great experience with them in the UK and used to use a very compitent supplier ...

Hi Andrew, Thats not the only thing ARB are weird on! Im in th middle of buying OME springs and shocks to my own configuration. For one they wont supply you with 2 x Driver Side (DS) or Passengar Side (PS) springs instead of 1 x DS & 1 x PS spring as a pair. This means that you automaically get a ...

Hi guys, I want to put a 2" lift on my disco 1 to fit the 235/85 mudterrains i also want to fit. Now previously in the UK i have had OME springs and shocks and have loved them, but i know here they don't have the same following. So my options are OME springs and shocks or King springs and Bilstein ...

Hi Guys, Just a quick one. Anyone got any idea what size bolts hold on a non airbag ARB winch bumper to a disco 1. Looks like there are 6 bolts with the front 4 being the same size as each other but then the back two look like they need to be bigger. Its a simple question i know but when it gets ...

Hi Guys. Got a little problem i can't get my head around. Ive got a 300tdi disco and when accelerating (noticeable in 1st & 2nd) gently but steadily the engine seems to hit a plateau at around 2100rpm. The truck simply accelerates nicely and then when it gets to around 2100 its as if it drops power ...

Hi Ben. The track rod you 've bought is a SUMO bar, now supplied through QT. They are very good bars, but not indestructible. They are about 29mm OD. I ran them on my winch comp 90 for 3 or so years and I did end up bending one. Later on i added a box section guard as well to stop it hapening again ...

Tomcat Motorsport do a kit to strengthen axle casings in th UK.

They developed them for comp safari racing.

They're a good comprehensive kit worth checking out.

Where did you get that steering guard from with the relocated steering damper mount?

Thats exactly what i want to do for my disco.

Is it modified, or off the shelf from somewhere?
