I just recently changed my 3.9 to 4.3 in my gu4 td42 and it is heaps better im only running 305 when im towing my camper i can just leave it in 5th gear and it does around 2500 rpm at 110

Hi guys i have a 2005 Gu 4.2tdi with 3.9 ratios just wonder how would it go with the 4.11's i have 305 tyres, do most of the gq diesels have 4.11's

If you removed some shims and that didnt work id go for some new swivel barings, if not im not too convinced that a dampner will fix it , it might help a little but the problem will still be there.

the sensor is just under the in take manifold right next to the front oil filter
just installed t peice only to find that the gauge is buggered the needle is before the stoper so it cant move :cry:

Hey guys the dealer where i bought my car from told me that the bash plate which is missing form my car isnt standerd :shock: and ill have to get an aftermarket one fitted any one got a part number that i can give them or a drawing to show that all nissans have a f--cking bash plate

ok just finished installing swivel repair kit new bearing i left the shims in for now but so far its all sweet i would have never of thought of those bearing could cause such a wobble
