I fixed it today it had run down to end and jamed up lucky no damage just very tight with room. Sprayed the tracks and it goes like a new one.

The drivers side window will not go up I can hear the clicking but no movement from the window. Is there a limit switch which might need to be reset? as the window is lower then normal.

I'm assuming by your user name and you said middie, you have a MWB cruiser. Because it's part time 4wd, the drivetrain will be fine even if you haven't converted the transfer, just don't lock the front hubs. Only problem I see is getting above about 65km/h without the engine revving its tits off ...

Go waeco I have had my 40 liter for 4 years no drama and it does use a lot of amps and it has a plastic body no rust. That and the price was the reason I went for the waeco plus it was fitted with 12/24 and 240 v.

I done some digging around on the net and the problem is the diffrence between 3rd and o/drive 600rpm. My 13bt doesn't make enough power :twisted: transfer gear reduction will only do about 140 rpm and diff ratio change will only do 300 rpm. I have a 3 inch pipe and 11psi and the pump tuned to suite ...
