Sorry if this is a waste of time but they have some information on their website, also if you email jeff he is very helpful. Hey i was just wondering if this has been covered on here b4? i have seen it done a few times and was considering putting a series 1 or 2 LR ute body on my rangie as the old body is a but rusty and beaten up. What would be involved in the conversion..

ok here is my rig finally rolling again. toyota centre conversion, jack mac axles, 3inch front suspension, 4 inch rear, procomp shockies, holley carb, 2 inch body lift, 37inch swampers on custom rims. goes like the clappers, oh and LSD rear....soon to have traction control.

its not cheap...some people could do it cheaper than me if they have access to a lathe and cheaper parts ect.... axles + drive flanges + brass bushes from jac mac $1610 inc postage. front diff - HP 4.3 ratio was $300 rear diff - LSD 4.3 ratio was $250 2x used toyota cvs - $50 2x taps, 4x drill bits ...

iv just done my toy diff swap in my 82 RR, i used 4.3:1 ratios front and rear - front is out of a bundera its hi-pinion - Rear is out of a a 4 runner - LSD with the LSD's your axles will be too long when u put them togeather so u need to cut 8-10mm off the ends....assuming your using jack mac axles ...

race engineering in brisbane did it for me, it wasnt a perfect fit some of the holes where a bit dodgy off centre i think but i managed to do up the bolts with only stripping one or two bolts on one side..other one he did was perfect fit... charged me $44 all up ! but i had to tell him what to do to ...

yep i got Race Engineering to do it while i got the swivels bored out ...i got them to elongate all the holes one side clockwise the other anticlockwise. Im going to put them on torque them up and make a piece of metal to fill a couple of the small holes to stop it moving if im happy with the setup ...
