I was told I could bolt on a EFI of a VL or a Skyline with out to much troble is this a good idea or just get a complete motor

need help

Just bought a 93 GQ patrol with a 3.0 litre petrol its traveled 143000 klms

Just drove from brisbane to newcastle and averaged around 6klms to a litre is this standard in this model patrol if so what can I do to it to get a better fuel economy.

any help would be great

i thought he might be laying his own glass in a mould, thats why i said gelcoat. sounds like you know a bit about fibreglass... wanna make me a bonnet? If the surface is already gelcoated all you have to do is what was first explaned ,just lightly sand the gelcoated surface then piant it!
If the surface is not gelcoated sand the surface (120grit) then prime the surface with primer suited to what paint you are using then go for your life . :roll:

Also there is another type u can use cant think of the name of f hand soon as i think off the name.You can also try putting a couple off coats of ceara let it sit for a wile then put this other stuff over the top .This other stuff can be sprayed on ,wiped on ect.

Try using CEARA WAX very cheap and easy to use.
Used it on all types of surfaces never had a problem. :)
