[sorry guys the center i destroyed was h260 with lockright installed the one im now running is h233 witch is a 4 pinion.and both h233 and h260 are 31 spline. Wait, am I reading this right? There were 31-spline H260s? That's a pretty small shaft for what is otherwise a heavy-duty axle isn't it? And ...

the GU front is also high pinion, so you'd end up needing the whole carrier, which goes against what you are trying to achieve with availability? a high pinion turned upsidedown might help with any sump/chassis clearance problems created by the portals though?? yeah that a problem. also because i ...

you can get a 3.5 but its a front only. 3.9 4.1 4.3 4.6 4.8 aftermarket what do you mean by front only? i thought the h233 was used in the front as well? i assumed it was like a Toy 8" being that you could swap 3rds between front and rear... 3.5s are fitted to GU (y61) patrols fitted with 4.8 litre ...

DiffGearing Question...
Alright, I'm in the process of designing custom axles using a 33-spline h233 3rd and 404 portal boxes. The problem is over here in the US the lowest gearing we have is ~4.3 for the diff. Do the patrols come in a lower gearing? I'm looking for something like a mid to high 3.xx at the most. If they do ...

my tranny is shot, and a couple of my buddies are going too. it seems to be hit or miss with them over here though. yeah you guys got the better engine... the d44 is a option, but, i'm left without any respectable gearing options keeping it drivers side. there's nothing for wd21s in that respect. by ...

no patrols over here so i need some help...
alright i found out today that later model patrols came stock with 3.76:1 in the tcase. this caught my interest because patrols are passenger side drop, opposite of my dd pathfinder. reason why it is of interest to me is because my original plan was to swap fj-80s for my 8"s in my yota. the next ...
