the above is DOT legal/approved, however a CAMS cages are impossible to get approved street legal in QLD because of the side intrusion bars that must be fitted.

It say that they are made to Dot approval,doesnt say they ...

I asked the question is because,I was going through a very large book (ADR rules) i have and it states>

When reading rules in regards to rollcages in comps,mainly winch challange,where rego is required to compete,it says a 6 point rollcage is to be installed inside a GQ wagon.
The question I ask is,is it suppose to run down the A pillar as well,as this wagon is driven everyday and if this is the case ...

Alan tierney does have an A Frame and coils in rear now aswell as shackel reversal up front. That thing flies. V8 sounds very well tuned running on LPG with heaps of grunt. He has been running the Siverstones that look like Simex for a while now too. Top rig just needs to get that A Frame to hold ...

Looking for advice and doing my research to where spend money first to what works and what doesnt.

would drop shackles be worth it.

Be mindful that if drop shackles are not set up correctly they will create uncontrolled travel which will make your suspension load and unload in a weird manner.

Superior Engineering will be able to give you a good rundown on what you need eg trac bar, limiting ...

I have the plans on choppin the thing into a ute,but have to get the thing regd first,as most comps require regd trucks.
